Business Development Manager

Tasks & responsibilities

• Driving the formulation and execution of sales strategies to optimise revenue growth, secure new construction projects, and strengthen the company’s presence in target markets.
• Leading the development of marketing plans and industry-focused promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients within the construction and property development sectors.
• Overseeing brand positioning efforts to establish a strong, credible reputation in the market and foster long-term client relationships.
• Managing the organisation’s public image and communications strategy to maintain a positive perception among developers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
• Identifying new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, competitor analysis, and engagement with developers, government bodies, and commercial clients.
• Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in the construction industry, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to support sustained business growth.
• Preparing and delivering comprehensive project proposals, bids, and tender submissions to win new contracts and expand the company’s project portfolio.
• Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, project pipelines, and market conditions to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
